What can you say about the legs? It was really soft and the best. Gyoza sold on the side is also very tasty if you dip it in the basic sauce provided.

The chicken was really soft and the quail eggs and bracken that came out were very impressive. The cinnamon gyoza was delicious, but it wasn't as special as I thought. Beer is a must :) Be sure to read the Instagram announcement and make a reservation by table ring in front of the store before opening :)
*	Su Window on Google* ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 라무라, 한번 방문하면 재방문 욕구가 막 생기는 가게입니다. 첫 방문때 쿠로(흑), 이번엔 시로(백)를 먹었는데 개인적 입맛으론 쿠로가 나은 것 같습니다. 백라멘이 별로라는 것이 아닌, 흑라멘이 조금 더 깔끔한 느낌을 주는 것 같아요. 전체적인 라멘의 맛은 뭐 검증되었으니 세부적으로 넘어가서 보면, 라무라의 라멘토핑중에 수비드 닭가슴살 차슈도 물론 좋지만 단연 최고는 닭다리도 아닌 저 양념된 닭차슈입니다. 따로 팔면 사가서 밥 반찬으로 먹고 싶을정도에요. 정말 맛있습니다. 고명으로 올라간 고구마순도 먹을때마다 뭔가 새로워서 신기했습니다. 맛달걀 간이 좀 약한게 아쉬웠습니다... 그래도 국물과 같이 먹으면 충분히 간을 맞출 수 있답니다. 혹 방문하시게 된다면,닭날개 교자는 꼭 시키세요. 타 업장 교자와는 또 다른느낌을 받습니다. 같이주는 와사비소스도 잘 어울리구요. White soup is like a smooth bone broth while dark soup is soy sauce based. Personally do not recommend the gyoza. Interesting twist but not sure what the meat was supposed to taste like and it was very dry.

Not the classic japanese ramen but still a deep, rich, complex and fatty broth with chicken meat that just falls of the bone. Speaking of the chicken, you get like a full bone that has been oven baked, this gives a rich and a malliard effect that gives it almost a sweet flavor. On the side there is kimchi that was also very good. Beer came late and was light and fitting to the food. Interior is dark and modern and you sit "under" the kitchen, fairly shielded from other people in a kind of a bar style position. Actually, thinking about it, it was a little bit weird.
