★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지금까지 내가 먹었던건 마제소바가 아니었던가! 존맛있게 먹고 왔습니다. 마제랑 아부라 소바랑 맛이 아주 달라서 둘 더 먹는거 추천!해요!
 Wasn't it maze soba that I ate so far? I have been eating well. Maze and Abura soba taste very different, so I recommend eating two more!

차슈는 두개에 이천원인데 불맛은 나지만 썩 맛있다는 느낌은 아니었고 고기가 차갑게 식어있어서 아쉬움..
개인적으로 슴슴한걸 좋아해서인지 아부리소바가 더 입맛에 맞았어요 생부추랑 양념이 너무 어울린 맛 츄릅 마제소바는 짜고!자극적!으로 맛있는 맛
면 다먹고 밥 비벼먹을 때가 오히려 덜짜서 더 맛난 느낌
아부라소바 설명대로 고추기름 두르니 매콤한 맛이 더 올라왔고, 식초는 감칠맛이 뿜뿜!! 후추 뿌렸더니 갑자기 한식으로 돌변(무난하게 바뀐 것 같아 비추)

The chashu costs 2,000 won for two, and it smells like fire, but it didn't taste very good, and it's a pity that the meat was cold..
Personally, I like the soft ones, so Aburi soba suited my taste better. The taste of raw chives and seasoning goes well together. The spicy maze soba is salty! Stimulating!
When you eat all the noodles and mix the rice, it tastes better because it is less salty.
As described in Abura Soba, when I put red pepper oil on it, the spicy taste came out more, and the vinegar has a savory taste!! Sprinkled with pepper, it suddenly changed to Korean food (it seems to have changed smoothly)

사람이 많다라는건 그만큼 음식에 대한 회전율(자리가 아닌)이 좋아질 수 있는 여건이 생길 수 있다는 의미이다,
선순환 또는 후순환으로 인해 그런 여건이 이루어지면 음식 재료에 신경쓰는 곳이라면 자연스럽게 맛이 올라간다,
그래서 나는 맛집을 자주 찾게 되는데 그런 연유가 크다,
맛있는 메뉴도 있지만 그에 따른 맛이나 재료의 신선도는 따라갈 수 없을 정도이다,
여기 역시 마찬가지고 소바가 원래 이런 맛이라면 진짜 더할나위없다,
돼지껍데기가 올라간 소바(아부라소바)가 그런 느낌인데 진짜 상태가 좋(아보인)다,
돼껍 특성상 날짜나 보관상태가 구리면 찔겨지거나 비린내가 나는데 꽤나 괜찮다,
400자가 아쉬울정도로,
오래도록 맛 유지 했으면,

Soba (abura soba) topped with pork skin feels like that, but it's really good (aboin).
Due to the nature of the pork skin, if the date or storage condition is bad, it will stink or smell fishy, but it is quite okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 마제소바는 무난무난하다. 아부리소바는 진짜 맛이 좋다. 살짝 칼칼한 맛이 나는데 돼지 껍데기의 단 맛과 식감이 밸런스를 잡아준다. 되게 독특한 맛과 경험을 준다. 돼지껍데기 없으면 안될 거 같은 맛.
Maze soba is okay. Aburi soba is really good. It has a slightly spicy taste, but the sweetness and texture of the pork skin balances it out. It gives a very unique taste and experience. It tastes like it can't be done without pork rinds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really enjoying soba noodles so we visited this restaurant where I ordered the 매운마제소바.
The bowl was full of glorious soba noodles, chives, green onion, seaweed, a raw egg, mince pork, crushed peanuts, seasoning and I had to get the extra 차슈 and egg to go along with it. This was the spicy version so it had to chili oil to add some extra heat.
After giving it a good mix and making sure everything was coated in all the delcious flavours I was ready to take my taste buds on a food journey. The overall taste of the dish was amazing and the mixture of all the flavours and textures elevated this bowl of noodles. There was the chewey texture from the noodles and a nice crunch from the peanuts along with the meat, onions and chives.
The raw egg combines all these together and the gooey and creamy egg top this bowl off along with the 차슈 which has a nice char taste to it.
