★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at this hotel after booking through expedia. I was upgraded to a "suite". This place is interesting. Rather than being a hotel, it is an officetel, where they use the vacant units as a hotel. There were 2 different hotels using this same Prugio Officetel as a hotel. The rooms were decent, for the price, but not fancy. Has laundry so was great in that respect. Hotel staff was ok. Not super friendly but not abrasive either. I wouldnt mind staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting experience as a foreigner. The "hotel" is basically a front desk that administers a number of units within an apartment high rise. There are other "hotels" that do the same thing such that each unit within the building has a little name plate indicating which "hotel" the unit belongs to.
In other words it's basically like a centrally managed AirBnB. The room we stayed in was super clean and was well appointed. The kitchen had all the basic utensils minus forks and even had a fancy rice cooker.
They did supply three bottles of complimentary water. However, shower supplies were in a sealed bag with a note saying that there would be a 5,000 won fee applied to the room if we opened it. In other words bring your own shampoo and soap.
Definitely would stay again if we are in the area. Booked through Expedia without a hitch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment hotel. They have gas stove as well as pots and pans to cook with. The room was clean and the amenities includes body soap shampoo and conditioner. It was well maintained and there's gym on 3rd floor for guests use. Only problem was the lift it is 22 floor building yet it only has 2 main lifts and one emergency lift.
