★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 범어사 산내 11암자 중 한 곳이며 암자 현판이 한글로 쓰여져 있다는 것이 특이하다고,
금정산 북문으로 오르는 너들바위 오른쪽으로 위치해 있고 금강암을 오르는계단 앞에 서면 알수없는 묘한느낌을 받는다.
암자 마당에서 바라보면 무거운 마음이 가벼워질 풍광을 만난다.
It is one of the 11 hermitages in the mountain of Beomeosa, and it is unusual that the signboard of the hermitage is written in Korean.
It is located to the right of Neudeulbawi Rock that goes up to the north gate of Mt. Geumjeong, and when you stand in front of the stairs going up Geumgangam, you get a strange feeling.
If you look at it from the hermitage yard, you can see the scenery that will lighten your heavy heart.

절입구부터 둥글둥글 큰글씨의 금강암 편액이 눈길을 끌었고
대자비전이라는 주불전 용마루 모습도 용이 살아 움직이는 듯 특색이 있었습니다.
각 전각의 편액과 주련 등은 모두 정감 가는 모양의 한글로 이며
대자비전 내의 수미단과 탱화가 모두 섬세한 목조각으로 되어 있습니다.
