돈까스 맛있어요 운좋게 웨이팅 10분하고 먹었네요 수비드 돈까스 추천합니다. 부드러운데 쫀쫀한 맛이.. 소스도 맛있습니다 돈까스소스에 겨자소스에 와사비.. 한번 가서 드셔보실만하세요. 다시 찾아오고 싶다 정도는 아니지만 한번은 맛보면 좋은곳? 8500원으로 가격도 퀄리티 대비 저렴한편입니다. 포장은 바쁘지 않을때만 가능하데요. 포장시에는 전화문의하세요

쭈꾸미볶음을 파는 동묘집에 이어, 돈까스 맛집이 동묘에 있다는걸 몇일전에 알았다 ㅎㅎ 이집의 필살기는 수비드 안심돈까스라고 한다. 안심인데 가격도 9천원. 기사식당 스타일의 돈까스도 요즘 만원 이상으로 가격담합을 해서 어이없어 했는데, 이런 정통 안심을 9천원에 팔다니. 안심위에는 후추를 뿌리고, 아마도 밑간할때 가람마살라 같은 향신료를 사용하는지, 기분 나쁘지 않은 특유의 향신료 냄새가 올라온다. 밥위에는 후리가께를 약간 뿌려 내주신다. 최상의 밥상태는 아니지만 중간이상은 한다. 안심은 수비드 조리법을 사용하나 본데, 아마도 두께가 있어 튀기면서 익히기에는 조리시간이 많이 걸리고 태울 위험이 높아져 선택한 조리법인듯 하다. 등심은 안먹어보았지만, 중등심을 사용하는걸로 보이고, 미디엄 웰 정도로 익히는 것 같다. 다음엔 등심도 시도해보고 싶으나, 항정살로 난든 돈까스도 있다고 하여, 애부터 시식해야 할듯 ㅎㅎ. 적당히 제대로 하면서 저렴한 돈까스집이다.
A few days ago, I found out that there is a pork cutlet restaurant in Dongmyo, following the Dongmyo restaurant that sells stir-fried jjukkumi. This house's special move is said to be the sous vide tenderloin pork cutlet. It's safe, but the price is 9,000 won. I thought it was ridiculous that even the knight's restaurant-style pork cutlet cost more than 10,000 won these days, but to sell this authentic tenderloin for 9,000 won. Pepper is sprinkled on top of the tenderloin, and perhaps a spice such as garam masala is used for seasoning, and there is a distinctive spice smell that is not unpleasant. Sprinkle some furigage over the rice and serve. It's not the best food, but it's above average. I have seen that the tenderloin uses the sous vide recipe, but it is probably because it takes a lot of time to cook while frying and the risk of burning increases because it is thick. I haven't tried the sirloin, but it seems to be using the sirloin, and it seems to be cooked to medium well. I would like to try the sirloin next time, but since there is also pork cutlet made from regular meat, I think I should try it first haha. It's a cheap donut shop that does it right in moderation.

항정카츠는 쫄깃하고 색다른 맛이었고 안심카츠는 수비드로 조리해서인지 촉촉하고 맛있었습니다. 소스들이 맛있었는데 파채소스는 평범했습니다. 밥이랑 장국도 무난했어요.
Hangjeong katsu was chewy and had a different taste. The tenderloin katsu is moist because it is cooked with sous vide. It was delicious. The sauces were delicious, but the green onion sauce was plain. Rice and soup were also okay.
