두께감이..... 한입에 씹기 어렵고 익힘정도가..... 완벽해서 부드럽고 ㅠㅠ (누군가는 덜익혔다 할수 있지만 수비드를 하시는지 핑크빛이 도는데 그건 익은겁니다 ) 진짜 최고 부럽고 맛있습니다. 가격이 1인 15000원 정도인데 그돈이면 혜자라는 생각이 듭니다. 고기양이 많아서 다 먹기 힘들정도 이기때문에....
점심 11:30~14:30만 운영합니다. 그리고 굉장히 늦게 나오고요. 하지만 기다릴수 있다능.... 가게문을 닫지만 않기를 바랄뿐! 번창하십시오
추가로 나중에 2차방문했는데 좀 더 익혀 나오더군요!? 익힘이 변해서 좀 덜 부드러워졌지만 맛은 그대로 좋습니다!

The thickness is... difficult to chew in one bite, and the degree of ripening is perfect... and soft ㅠㅠ (Some may say that it is undercooked, but it turns pink because of the sous vide, that is ripe) It is really envy and delicious. The price is about 15,000 won per person, but I think that money is a benefit. Because there is so much meat, it is difficult to eat it all....
It is only open for lunch from 11:30 to 14:30. And it comes out very late. But I can wait.... The store is closed, but I just hope it doesn't! thrive
In addition, I made a second visit later, and it came out a little more cooked!? It's a little less tender due to the change in cooking, but the taste is still good!

양도 충만하고, 양배추와 밥, 장국을 즐기면 더욱 즐거운 맛. 친절하고 깔끔한 서비스도 아주 훌륭.

A hidden pork cutlet restaurant in Sinseol-dong. Roskatsu 14,000 won, Hirekatsu 15,000 won. The thick, thick meat has a rich juiciness. A place where moist, soft and crispy, as the name suggests, gives a pleasant taste.
The portion is plentiful, and the taste is even more enjoyable if you enjoy cabbage, rice, and soup. Friendly and clean service is very good.
It was a grateful meal.
