★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit worried but upon arrival my reservation was there ready to go. The price we got was surprisingly great for the season. The location of the hotel is just perfect. What a pity as the Korean people we met were really nice and Busan well the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a non-smoker this was most unpleasant and we had to leave the window open to get some air. On the expensive side for someone with a small to medium sized budget. Upon checkout they were once again brief with no smiles and no help to a taxi with our luggage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very nice, spoke good english and always smiled. The subway is on the same street as Lotte Dept Store so very convenient to get to Busan Station. We are not sure we will stay again at this hotel if we go back to Busan in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very pleasant stay at Busan tourist hotel. Location is good. The surroundings of the hotel is just superb. The location of the hotel is excellent: Shopping streets, markets, Busan tower and fish market are all in walking distance. Hot srping water is accessible from the bathroom showers which leaves your skin smooth after showering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a 2min walk to Lotte Department Store which is 11 levels of shopping with a supermarket and an amazing water fountain show that happens every hour on the hour. The purpose of our stay was for a wedding at oase in jag***** market so the location for that was very good. The neighbourhood felt very safe with alot of restaurants and coffe shops on the street.
