The toilet space was terribly stinky due to bad ventilation system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, english at front desk was bare minimal, their heating/cooling system is computer controlled at front desk, it was absolute hell as they could not get it comfortable for our room. The bed was hard as sleeping on a brick/rock. will never stay here again, and after this hotel will be asking all future hotels whether the system is controlled by front desk or the guest in each room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond expectation. Very comfortable room. Heated floor, nice toilet/bathroom. Big tv. Nice location. Can walk to Lotte Mall. About 15 min walking to BIFF square/Jagalchi market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was nice and walkable to the lotte mall and the shopping district. Right outside the hotel, there’s a kyochon, a coffee shop, and convenience store which is very convenient.
The downfall:
- THE BED. It was SO HARD. Being 7 months pregnant, this bed hurt my back so bad. There was no way I could get comfortable. I kept tossing and turning throughout the night. I even had to get the blanket from the spare bed and try to use it as a fluffy mat but that didn’t really help. The absolute worst bed I’ve ever slept in.
- the AC. Once I got in the room, I was able to turn it on and it would run. After turning it off for a while, I wanted to turn it back on, but it kept shutting off after not even a minute. Not sure what was going on but I had to open my window for some cool breeze, but the downfall of that was hearing all the loud cars from the main road.
