★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한 8년 전 쯤 밀면의 참맛(?)을 모를때 해운대 놀러왔다가 춘하추동밀면 해운대지점을 왔다가 신기한 맛이다..하고 먹었던 것 같아요. 요즘엔 부산 놀러오면 친구와 해장은 무조건 밀면으로 하는데 오랜만에 들리게 되었어요. 아침식사로 갔지만 점심시간이었는데 충분한 자리에 비해 손님들은 별로 없었어요. 물밀면 하나와 비빔밀면 하나, 만두를 시켰습니다. 기다리는동안 밀면집에 가면 있는 따뜻한 육수를 받아왔는데 사골에 가까운 색깔과 맛이에요. 친구는 사골국물이라고 시킨 만두를 넣어서 먹었어요ㅋㅋ 무튼 육수 엄청 찐하고 맛있어요. 물밀면은 다른 밀면집보다 특유의 한약같은 약재냄새가 많이 났어요. 수육은 편육같은 말린 고기의 식감이었고 크게 맛있진 않았어요. 비빔밀면은 회냉면에 가까웠어요. 말린 회와 수육이 들어갔습니다. 양념도 맛있고, 저는 물밀면보다 여기 비빔밀면이 괜찮았던 것 같아요. 만두도 적당히 얇은 피와 맑은 간장양념과도 잘 어울렸습니다. 회냉면을 좋아하지않지만 여기는 비빔밀면과 만두를 추천드려요. 메뉴판을 보니 온면도 판매하고 있었어요.
 About 8 years ago, when I didn't know the true taste of wheat noodles, I came to Haeundae and came to the Haeundae branch of Chunha, Autumn, and Autumn Milmyeon. These days, when I come to Busan, my friend and I always make milmyeon with haejang, but I haven't heard of it in a long time. We went for breakfast, but it was lunch time, and there were not many customers for the ample seats. I ordered one mulmilmyeon, one bibimmilmyeon, and dumplings. While waiting, I got a warm broth from a wheat noodle restaurant, and it has a color and taste close to that of beef bone. My friend ate it with the dumplings called beef bone soup. So, the broth is very steamy and delicious. The mulmilmyeon had a more distinctive herbal-like odor than other milmyeon restaurants. The beef broth had the texture of dried meat like slices of beef, and it wasn't very tasty. The bibimmilmyeon was close to the raw naengmyeon. Dried sashimi and beef broth were added. The seasoning is delicious, and I think the bibimmilmyeon here was better than the mulmilmyeon. The dumplings went well with the moderately thin blood and clear soy sauce. I don't like hoenaengmyeon, but I recommend bibimmilmyeon and dumplings here. Looking at the menu, I saw that they also sell noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milmyeon is Busan’s traditional authentic food. There are two kinds - spicy/non-spicy. Spicy one is very spicy but worth to try if u are visiting Busan. The price is 7,000 KRW. Reasonable price!
