★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 부품 주문하려고 수 차례 전화를 했지만... ... 수신조차 안되네요. 직영점이라서 수리 자체는 잘하신다는 평가이지만 ARS에 의한 부품 관련한 응대서비스 개선이 필요합니다.
 I've called several times to order parts... ...but I can't even pick up the phone. As it is a directly managed store, it is evaluated that the repair itself is good, but the response service related to parts by ARS needs to be improved.

The service is the best
The guide is unfriendly and the number of workers seems to be small.
I was informed that it would take a long time, and it seems that the service was completed in about an hour.

The cafe is closed due to Corona... ㅜㅜ Service needs to be improved.. It's so cold, but the customer service isn't good.. Benz is still running a luxurious cafe.. ㅠㅠ Let's make it a little warmer... It's very disappointing.. After riding an old car, I decided to change the car model... The repair cost is huge ㅠㅠ Ugh... Service that will catch you from the flu..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Chevrolet service center, run by Chevrolet company directly. So service is better and have enough spare parts of car. Depends on what service type required, it takes normaly 1 day.
So satisfied with servce quality and speed.
If you have difficulty on car repair, recommend to visit here and fix it. The auto machanica will solve the problem soon
