고객서비스 드립니다~ 이런 느낌이 아니라 일이니까 처리해준다라는 느낌이 늘있음
최근에도 부품 주문해놓고 오면 연락준다더니 함흥차사
불편하면 늬들이 연락해라 라는건지.....여하튼 어쩔수없이 사용하지만 언짢음

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 데스크 안내해주는 건성건성 대답하는 안내직원 빼고는 친절하심. 대기시간동안 2층 고객쉼터가면 전신안마, 컴퓨터, 미니바 등이 있어서 기다리는동안 지루하지 않음.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서비스센터 직원들의 태도가많이 친절하고 적극적으로 변했다. 상담중 고객의 이야기 들어주기, 눈 맞추기, 비타민음료수 제공등 고객을 대하는 태도의 큰 변화를 감지할수 있었다. 고무적인 변화이다. 누군지는 알 수 없지만 책임자의 결단에 찬사를 보낸다.
