Busan's famous Gil's Sushi, Busan's Top 3 Sushi?? I ordered a course menu, but the same menu is written so I'm confused.. I asked but I don't know.. The taste is thicker than other regular sushi. It's chewy. Even the sushi rolls have a subtle scent of citron throughout the rest of the menu. It seems that the owner likes yuja incense.

F	Francis Eclevia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sushi quality was ok, but not great. Granted, I spent a couple years in Japan and once you've had the best, you recognize that most places are just mediocre. Most of the fish that I saw were pre-cut slices. The biggest thing that bothered me was their professionalism. They were lounging around when I arrived, the sushi chef answered phone calls, and they didn't clear dishes and let it build up. The place also just didn't seem 'neat' like most high quality places I've been too. Maybe I expected too much?
