김	김무언 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 내가 생대구탕을 좋아한다. 아들이 숫소문하여 서면에 있는 동명횟집을 추천했다. 집사람을 재구처 부산 롯데호텔 뒷편에 있는 이곳을 어렵사리 찾았다. 주인 할머니가 반가이 맞이 해주었다. 아침식사를 늦게한터이라 생대구탕 소를 시켰다. 할머니께서 식전 서비스로 오징어회와 방어회를 주셔서 맛있게 먹고. 둑사발에 담은 생대구탕을 먹었다. 예전에는 탕에 곤과 알이 곁들여져 그 담백한 맛에 흠뻑 젖었는데.... 특별히 사전에 주문하며 곤과 알도 먹을 수 있느냐고 여쭈어 보았더니 요즘은 어렵다고 했다. 새벽시장에 가서 통대구를 구입하지 않는 한, 곤과 알은 분리 판매된다고 했다. 큰 요리집을 가지않는 이상 여기서 만족해야 할 것같다. In the past, the soup was served with gon and eggs, so I was drenched in its light taste. Gon and eggs are sold separately, unless you go to the morning market and purchase Tongdaegu. Unless you go to a big restaurant, you should be satisfied here.
