★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주변 라면집을 순서대로 탐방하는 중. 여기는 3번째.
총평은 그냥 한국 체인점 라멘수준.
진한 라멘국물을 기대하고 가면 일단 실망. 차슈는 아부리해서 살짝 단단한 식감이 있는데 일반적인 촉촉하고 진한 맛의 차슈를 기대하면 또 실망. 기본적으로 차슈는 짜긴 하지만 기름향과 소금간 정도밖에 느껴지지 않아요.
닌니쿠 라멘인데 마늘맛도 거의 없고, 마늘 후레이크는 튀겼다기보단 그냥 구운 마늘편 상태로 조금 들어가있어요.
면을 단단하게 삶는 방식은 이 경우 스프가 배어들지않아 깔끔한 국물을 목적으로 한다면 어울리지 않아요.
가게 분위기는 나쁘지 않고 조리에 신경쓰지 않는 것도 아닌 것 같으니 문제는 레시피가 아닐까요?

Overall, it's just the level of ramen in a Korean chain restaurant.
If you go expecting a strong ramen broth, you will be disappointed. The chashu has a slightly firm texture, but if you expect a typical moist and thick chashu, you will be disappointed. Basically, chashu is salty, but only the smell of oil and salt is felt.
It's Ninniku Ramen, but it doesn't taste like garlic, and the garlic flakes are in the state of roasted garlic rather than fried.
The method of boiling noodles hard is not suitable if the purpose of the soup is to make a clean broth, as the soup does not penetrate in this case.
The atmosphere of the shop is not bad and it doesn't seem like they don't care about cooking, so maybe the problem is the recipe?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 경대에서는 꽤나 라멘 맛집으로 알려져 있는 곳이라고 합니다.
저는 카라미소 라멘을 먹었습니다. 육수는 돼지고기와 닭고기 육수를 혼합했기에 너무 무겁지 않은 적당한 무거움이 느껴지는 편입니다. 그리고 양파를 볶아서 육수에 첨가했어서 그런지 육수가 전체적으로는 짜다는 느낌보다는 적당히 달다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 그리고 메뉴에 나와 있듯이 맵게 해달라고 요청하지 않을 시 정말 맵지 않게 나옵니다. 맵지 않게 먹기에는 좀 느끼한 편이니 한국인 입맛으로는 좀 맵게 먹는 편이 더 좋을듯합니다.
전체적으로 라멘이 일본식이라는 느낌보다는 오히려 한국식으로 좀 변형된 느낌을 받았습니다. 따라서 호불호가 좀 갈릴 수 있겠다는 생각이 듭니다.

I ate karamiso ramen. The broth is a mixture of pork and chicken broth, so it feels moderately heavy, not too heavy. Also, the onions were fried and added to the broth, so I felt that the broth was moderately sweet rather than salty overall. And, as on the menu, if you don't ask to be spicy, it doesn't come out really spicy. It's not spicy, so it's a little bit tacky, so it's better to eat it spicy for Koreans.
Overall, I felt that the ramen was transformed into Korean rather than Japanese. Therefore, I think that the likes and dislikes can be a little bit different.

유명하다해서 가봤어요^^ 일본식간장.된장쓰니 쪼금 짠맛이 있지만 맛있었어요~^^

탄탄면은 약한 매콤한 맛..저는 개인적으로 돈고츠라면이 입어맞았어용! 그 스프에 공기밥 말아먹었는데 대박! 더 맛있게 먹었어용! 라면 스프 밥 싹쓸이 했답니다!한번 드셔보세요!추천합니다!

Tonkatsu Ramen! It's really delicious! The soup is rich and not greasy!
The tantan noodles have a mild spicy taste.. Personally, I love the Tonkatsu Ramen! I rolled rice in the soup and it was great! I ate more deliciously! I swept the rice of the ramen soup! Try it once! Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best ramen I've ever got! I will go back there for sure because it was worth it and price is so cheap compare to the great taste! Soup had such a deep taste that I was surprised. Everything was nice, customer service was kind too. I dont know if they speak English because we ordered in Korean, but I guess you can always show them on the menu (that is all in Korean) what you want and there wont be any problem because customer service was really nice ? anyway I will come back there for sure! I wanna try every ramen from the menu!
