Their specialty, like most of the restaurants in this alleyway, is spicy braised largehead hairtail (also known as belt fish) and other types of grilled fish. They also serve extra fermented soybean stew (cheong-guk jang) which is very good. Certainly one of those authentic experiences of eating in Korea, highly recommend!

J	JH LEE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very popular restaurant near the entrance. I had grilled mackerel. It's a lot, good and affordable. Side dishes were also nice. I think they need to take a bit more efforts for a hygiene. My cup wasn't clean enough and I asked to provide a new one.

About galchi: it is a fish with quite fine bone so be careful during enjoying the meal. Steamed egg is mostly on the house. The service is very quick and good with english, japanese, and chinese. Value is very worthed.

The stewed Galchi was definitely the highlight of our meal. Sweet and spicy, the gravy went so well with the rice that I scooped up every last bit. Value for money - meal was about KRW17,000.
