★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 산책코스로 주변 시민들이 많이 찾는 코스 대부분 중간에 파계사 쪽(염색박물관)으로 빠져 버스를 타고 돌아오는 구간을 많이 걷는편. 중간 중간 임도가 없어지고 오솔길이 있는 지역도 있습니다.

팔공산 왕건 길은 국토교통부에서 전국을 대상으로 한 누리길 조성 공모에 선정되어 탄생한 길로, 흙길 위주의 산책길과 숲길이 조화된 친환경 탐방로이다.
이 길은 고려 태조 왕건과 후백제 견훤의 동수전투 설화를 배경으로 8개의 테마길(용호상박길, 열린하늘길, 묵연체험길, 문화예술길, 고진감래길, 호연지기길, 가팔환초길, 구사일생길)로 구성하였고, 각 길마다 왕건의 가상행적과 관련된 픽토그램을 제공하여, 탐방객들이 다양한 이미지로 이야기를 상상할 수 있도록 하였다.
신숭겸장군 유적지에서 출발, 동내동 동곡지에 이르는 동안 소나무 숲길의 쾌적함과 농촌마을의 아기자기한 정취를 느낄 수 있고, 왕건 전망대 및 요령봉, 초례봉에서 바라보는 대구 시가지와 팔공산의 아름다운 전경, 평광동의 싱그러운 사과 향과 여름철 하천 변의 물소리 등은 걷는 이들로 하여금 오감을 만족시켜 지친 삶에 새로운 활력을 불어 넣을 수 있을 것이다

As a walking course, many people visit the surrounding area and mostly walk to Pagyesa Temple (Dyeing Museum) and return by bus. Some areas have middle roads and trails.

Palgongsan Wanggun-gil was selected by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for the creation of the Nuri-gil Competition for the whole country.
This road consists of eight themed roads (Yongho Sangbak-gil, Open Sky-gil, Mukyeon Experience-gil, Culture and Art-gil, Gojingamrae-gil, Hoyeon-ji-gil, Gaphal-hwancho-gil, Gusail Saenggil-gil) with the background of the Dongsu battle narrative of King Taejo of Wang Dynasty and Hubaekje Each road was provided with pictograms related to Wang's hypothetical activity, allowing visitors to imagine the story with various images.
You can feel the comfort of the pine forest path and the cute atmosphere of the rural village from Shin Sung-gyeom general to the Donggok-dong, Dongnae-dong. The incense and the sound of the riverside in the summer can satisfy the five senses and give new life to the tired life.
