Cheongra means blue boston ivy. It was a hill where missionaries of protestants lived in early 20 century. And they raised the ivy there. Still you can see the buildings with Chimneys, Blair's building and so on. It connects to 90 step stairs, 3.1 demonstration path, the first western apple tree in Daegu and so on... It is the starting point of the 2nd course of Daegu path tour. And also popular place for taking a TV series...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool historic buildings in the middle of Daegu. I didn't have time to go inside any when I went, but there's a church, some museums, and the whole area is nice and shaded. Pretty neat looking even if you just walk through the area.

It would be nice to have a tour guide you around and explain about the history. Besides, the scenery around this place is beautiful and peaceful for you to relax and turn back time experience Korean modern history
