장흥에서 나는 로컬 푸드를 사용하여 프랑스/스페인/이탈리아 음식을 제공하는 레스토랑.
실내가 매우 협소하며 테이블은 3-4개, 8명 정도 수용가능해요. 그렇기 때문에 사전 예약은 반드시 하셔야해요.
식사는 주문음식에 따라 차이는 있지만 3개정도 시키면 디저트까지 1.5-2시간 소요 된다고 보시면 됩니다.
한 가족이 운영하는 레스토랑이라 친절하시구 즐거운 분위기가 그대로 느껴져요.
음식은 고기나 야채등은 장흥 또는 주변 도시에서 대부분 조달해서 사용하셔서 그런지 신선해요, 맛은 말할것두 없구요. 식사가 끝나고 차를 제공해주셨는데 보성 유기농 녹차다원에서 나온 차였는데 군더더기 없이 정말 깔끔했어요.
음식 가격은 서울에 비하면 착한편이지만 장흥 물가에 비하면 조금은 비쌀수도 있을것 같아요. 그래도 이 가격 정도면 충분히 지불하고 드실만하다고 느껴져요. 참고로 콜키지는 2만원입니다. 다음에 또 전라남도를 여행할 계획이 있으면 짓다부엌은 당연히 저의 여정에 포함시킬 예정입니다!

In Jangheung I am a restaurant serving French/Spanish/Italian food using local food.
The interior is very small, and the table can accommodate 3-4 or 8 people. That's why you must make a reservation in advance.
Meals vary depending on the food ordered, but if you order three, you can assume that it takes 1.5-2 hours for dessert.
It is a family-run restaurant, so it is friendly and has a pleasant atmosphere.
The food is fresh because most of the meat and vegetables are procured from Jangheung or nearby cities, so it's fresh, not to mention the taste. After the meal, they served tea, and it was tea from Boseong Organic Green Tea Tea Garden, and it was really clean without any waste.
The food prices are good compared to Seoul, but I think it could be a little expensive compared to the prices of Jangheung. Still, it feels like this price is worth paying for. For reference, the corkage is 20,000 won. If I plan to travel to Jeollanam-do next time, I will of course include the Build Kitchen in my itinerary!
