So, I made an appointment for an infant check-up by phone in advance, and I did not ask for an infant check-up by visiting. While we were waiting at the reception desk, the teacher came out to the waiting room and spoke with a really strong voice. The other patient's parents in the waiting room have all heard about who's doing the infant screening on Saturday. I think it would have been better to go to the doctor's office or somewhere else and talk to the nurse. And we would not have been so embarrassed or angry if a nurse came to us and helped us make a reservation, but it was difficult for infants and toddlers to check up on Saturday. However, the nurse did not give any guidance or response. If you were trying to say that infant check-ups are not conducted on Saturday, you could have done it in a good way, but I can't forget the expression and tone of your voice. I visited because I made a reservation for the infant checkup on Saturday, and I was disappointed with the attitude of the hospital staff.
