★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 차 앞유리에 돌을 맞아서 살짝 금이 가서 집에서 가까운 곳을 검색하다가 30분 운전해서 찾아갔어요. 수리기사가 돌 맞은 부위를 보더니 내가 무슨 액을 넣었다고 말하고 난 그런 적이 없다고 말하는데도 계속 전문가가 하는 말을 믿어야지 하면서 우기는 겁니다. 아니 대체 내가 한적이 없다는데 할줄도 모르는 사람을 왜 했다고 우기는지도 이해가 안가고 그러더니 수리 안해준다고 가라고. 내가 안했는데 하도 했다고 우기니까 저도 언성이 좀 높아지기는 했지만, 아니 대체 왜 본인이 안했다는데 했다고 계속 우기는 겁니까? 집에 와서 찾아보니 수리키트가 인터넷에 팔던데 그런 거 할줄 모른다고요. 왔다갔다 1시간 시간만 버리고 기분 잡치고 진짜 고객응대 개판인 곳입니다.
I was hit with a stone on the windshield and it cracked a bit, so I drove 30 minutes to find it after searching for a place close to my house. The repairman looked at the stoned part and said that I had put some liquid in it and said that I had never done it. No, I don't understand why they insist on doing something to someone who doesn't know how to say that I've never done it, and then they say they won't fix it. I did it because I didn't do it, so I raised my voice a little bit, but why do you keep crying because you said you didn't do it? When I got home, I looked for repair kits on the internet, but they didn't know how to do that. It's a place where you just waste an hour going back and forth and feel good, and it's a real customer service dog shop.
