★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고객을 조까치로 봄. 비아냥 대기에 고객센터 통해서 항의해도 무대응. 항의하겠다니 맘대로 하라던데 믿는 구석이 있었나 봅니다. 아마도 노조 파워가 있어서 고객 항의쯤은 가볍게 무시하는 거 같음. 고객센터도 문제임. 고객이 항의하면 걍 자체적으로 처리하고 끝나나봄. 씹고 마는 건가? 고객대응은 10점 만점에 -100점.

새로 들어오는 사람 관심도 없고 무엇때문에 왔냐고 물어보지도 않음. 10분간 의자에 앉아서 기다려도 봤지만 무응답 무응대. 심지어 팜플렛 가져가려고 근처까지 갔지만 말거는 사람조차 없음
직원 교육은 했는지 의심스럽고 제일 높아보이는 사람조차 몇십분 후에 온다고 노가리나 까고있음
기아 브랜드 매장이 다 이런지 의심스러울 지경
