Yangsan gukbap

It is a very neat Busan 3 top soup restaurant, Yangsan Gukbap. I was unfamiliar with the concept of Toryeom soup, so I visited and I was able to feel a bit of uniqueness in the taste of the soup. However, it is slightly better than general soup restaurants in Busan, and it is questionable whether it is a place to eat while bearing the wait. It means don't expect too much, and it's okay to visit at least once.

I have a feeling that it's a bit overrated because YouTubers go to it If you want to taste a different kind of pork soup, this place is recommended at least once! Toryeom-gukbap has a really clear feel and is smooth and no frills. I was curious about raw meat noodles, so I ate them, but the noodles are too spread out.. I knew from a blog review that a small amount of rice was provided, but they didn't.. Still, it has a more stimulating taste than Toryeom-gukbap. Still, it feels more like a normal noodle dish. The soup that comes with it is delicious.

During my trip to Busan, I went to the most delicious and distinctive restaurant I visited in search of a restaurant for pork soup. The Yangsan soup restaurant I visited this time is located near Haeundae Jungdong Station, and the restaurant is on the 2nd floor of a commercial building and is a large-scale restaurant that occupies the entirety. The main menu includes Toryeom-gukbap, Dareol-gukbap, and Suyuk-gukbap, and Sundae and Suyuk are prepared separately. What's unusual is that they sell small sake, but I was a little surprised that there was Western liquor. I don't think I've seen anyone using it when I visited, but seeing how empty the bottle was, I could guess that there were people eating it. The interior of the restaurant was overall modern and neat, and the use of organic dishes gave it a luxurious feel. Since the kitchen is an open type, I could see the interior at a glance, but I believe that they seem to be very careful about hygiene. My wife liked it more than me. We ordered two separate soups and tasted them, and when I asked, they said there was not much difference in taste with Toryeom soup! The taste is more important than anything else, and the soup here is not a beef bone base bar but a meat broth, and it is quite clean. It is not without the heaviness of the meat soup, but it is definitely neat. Oddly enough, I don't think it's a proper explanation to say that pork soup is clean, but when you eat it, it really feels clean. You have to eat it unconditionally to be able to express it. Although it is pork soup, it also contains 1 or 2 sundae, which does not affect the overall taste and is good to eat as a side dish. Personally, I found this place to be the most unique and delicious in Busan. I recommend Yangsan soup. And since there is a large parking lot in front, it is convenient to use a car. If you are visiting Haeundae, you should try it.
