★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주변에 해마루공원이 있어서 산책 다니기 좋음. 다른 아파트 단지들에 비해 비교적 높은 곳에 위치해서 상가단지인 해마루밸리나 나름 번화 상권인 옥계사거리까지 걸어다니기엔 거리가 제법 됨. 마트에서 장을 보려면 차를 가지고 이동하는 것이 좋음.
