★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이름은 처음 접한 아파트. 깔끔한 1층 (? 지하)에 녹지랑 도로. 인도가 있고 주차장은 바로 연결되어 있으며 주차장 내에서도 전체 연결되어 있어서 출구 찾기가 좀 힘들수도... 저녁에는 동작센서에 따라 불이 들어오기에 차에 잠시 기다리다보면 완벽한 어둠을 느낄 수도 있음. 아파트 상가에는 제법 많이 알려진 프랜차이즈 업체가 많은 편.
