가격도 싸고. 맛도 좋아요.
단, 조금 짜게 느낄수 있어요.
그리고 삼겹살 맛있는데 직접 담그신 김치는 황홀 그 자체입니다.

그시절 광부들이 즐겨먹었던 음식이 족살찌개인데요

수정식당 오픈시간은 11시30분인데
전화통화 해보니, 이날은 오후2시에 개점한다고 하셔서 시간 맞춰서 방문했는데
오픈과 동시에 테이블5~6 만석이었고, 지역민들 찾으시는 맛집인가 봅니다
문경시에서
탄광촌시절 광부들의 애환이 담긴 ' 족살찌개 달인 ' 공모했는데
많은 식당들이 공모에 참여했고,
그 식당들중에서 옛맛을 가장 가깝게 재현한 수정식당이 족살찌개1호점 타이틀을 받게 되었다고 합니다

제공되는 밑반찬 하나하나 손맛 좋은 음식들이예요
보글보글 끓이면서 먹으면 더 맛있는 족살찌개
끄리면서 보니, 고기가 아~~~~~주 많아요
두부 무우 새송이버섯 팽이버섯 돼지앞다리살 들어있고
얄팍하게 썰어서 넣은 무우가 많아서 찌개국물도 션하고 양념이 무우에 베어서 무우맛도 좋고..
꼬들꼬들 푸짐한 고기도 맛있고..
충청도에 짜글이찌개가 있다면
문경에는 족살찌개가 있네요
약돌돼지고기 사용해서 더 깔끔하고 진한맛의 문경짜글이
졸일수록 더 맛있어지는 매력 넘치는 족살찌개
문경하면 족살찌개...많이 많이 알려졌으면 좋겠어요

족살찌개.
돼지고기와 껍데기가 같이 들어있는데
옛 탄광에서 일했던 광부들이 즐겨먹었던 서민음식이라고 한다.
맛은???
익숙한 듯 익숙하지 않은 맛이랄까.
누구는 좋다하고 누구는 그저 그렇다고하고...
갔다온 지가 좀 되어 맛이 좀 변했을 수도 있다.
