밑반찬도 맛있고~ (특히 토마토, 콩나물무침, 가지) 돼지갈비가 자극적이지 않고 맛있다. 조금만 고기가 더 두툼하면 좋을것 같지만 간만에 맛있게 돼지갈비를 즐겼다 ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신봉외식타운 안쪽에 위치한 갈비전문점 우시륵. 길가가 아니라서 매번 외식하는 이곳에서 보석 같은 집을 여지껏 몰랐다니. 대개 갈비집은 규모를 크게 운영하는데, 우시륵은 자그마하니 가정적인 분위기로 손님 친화적인 느낌쓰. 갈비는 주방에서 초벌로 구워 내오시기 때문에 태울일 없이 먹을 수 있어 좋았다. 815한돈을 쓰는 돼지갈비220g+ 기본찬+공기밥,누룽지, 육개장, 들깨수제비 중 택일하는 점심특선이 15500원으로 아주 경쟁력 있다. 갈비는 단짠이 약하고 은은하니 최대한 고기맛을 살린 양념이라 필자의 취향을 제대로 저격! 바로 옆 골목 송정갈비는 전형적인 돼지갈비라면 이곳은 아주 연한 양념이 매력 있었다. 서천동 단향갈비와 비슷한 맛. 또한 들깨수제비가 쫀득하면서 고소하니 계속 들어가는 맛??
한돈수제갈비가 15500원인데 포장주문시 11000원이고 (생과 초벌 선택가능), 갈비탕, 들깨수제비, 갈비살 된장찌개는 천원 씩 할인중이다. 휴게공간에는 사장님이 직접 만드신 수정과가 진하지 않고 깔끔했다. 주방에서 순수 조리하시는 사장님이 아주 친절하심. 주차편리
