평일 기준으로도 오픈 시간 30분전에는 가야
지루하고 긴 웨이팅 없이 입장 할 수가 있다.
(오픈때 가면 1시간)
여기 우동의 특징은 붓카게 우동이라고 하는
일본식 국물없는 우동이며 일식 조미간장에
직접 족타한 면과 간 마 등의 다양한 부재료가
들어가 있다.
맛은 입에 넣자마자 풍기는 산뜻하고 깊은
일식 간장의 달달한 향에 쫀득하지만 그렇다고
과하게 질기진 않은 탱글한 면과 간 마의
부드러운 식감, 파의 아삭함이 완벽하게
어우러져 말 그대로 탄성을 자아내게 된다.
튀김 마져 일류 일식 셰프의 그것과 견주어도
절대 뒤쳐지지 않는다.
살면서 먹어본 모든 우동을 통틀어 제일
맛있었던 우동 전문점이고 오랜시간 기다려서
먹을 만한 가치가 있는 곳이다.
