메뉴나 인테리어도 기본적으로는 같습니다. 재료도 본사에서 받아와서 조리법도 일률적으로 하겠지요. 그저 그런 미소야 체인점 중 하나라고 느낄 수 있겠습니다만, 저는 그곳에서 일하시는 분들께 친절함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 보기에도 좋은 떡이 먹기에도 좋다는 말이 있습니다. 이 말의 의미를 토대로 확대를 해본다면 '맛 이외의 요소가 맛을 결정하는데 일조를 한다'라고 볼 수 있습니다. 갈 때 마다 그 분들의 친절함을 느껴 기분이 좋아진 채로 음식을 먹는다면 같은 음식을 먹는다 해도 그 음식의 맛이 어찌 같다 할 수 있겠습니까?
