안	안절킨 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 코로나 때문인가 안내해주는 사람이 따로 없어요. 예약 시간 10분 지나기전에 안가면 예약 취소돼요. 그리고 주차장이 꽉차있어서 미리 가야해요. 주차장 꽉차있을 때 앞으로 쭉 가면 빕스 주차장이 있는데 그냥 댈 수 있어요. 직원분들은 친절해요. k	kko buggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아이패드가 펜슬 인식을 못해서 여기로 갔더니 대충 보고는 아이패드가 휘어져서 인식을 못하는겁니다 라면서 수리비 54만원 나올거라고 하셨어요. 솔직히 제 눈에는 전혀 휘어져있다고 보이지 않는데 계속 휘었다고 우기니까 그냥 다음에 올게요 하고 사설 수리 업체까지 알아봤는데 사장님께서 저게 도대체 어디가 휜거냐고 고칠게 없다면서 수리 거절하시고 서비스센터 다시 한번 가서 따져보라고 하셨습니다. 그래서 그냥 다른 지점가서 똑같이 상담을 했는데 거기서는 기계를 정밀하게 점검해주시고 포맷까지 해주신 다음 그래도 인식이 안되니까 불량품인거 인정하고 무상리퍼 해주셨습니다. 여기서 바가지 써서 54만원 날릴뻔했네요. 사진은 여기 방문하고 와서 당일 찍은 불량 아이패드 사진입니다. 아이패드 AS 받으러 가시는 분들 중에 사진에 나와있는거 보다 휘어있다면 똑같은 답변 받으실거 같네요. F	FiFiBE Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 딸아이의 아이폰se2가 갑자기 화면 먹통이 되어 예약 후 방문(10시 35분)했습니다 예약하지 않으신 분들도 계셔서 방문하신 분들이 꽤 대기하고 계셨구요 보안해제 때문에 다시 집에 갔다 와서 12시 30분쯤 재방문했습니다. 친절하게 설명해주셨고 디스플레이를 수리했으나 추가적으로 배터리 상의 문제가 발견되어 교체 진행하기로 했고 진행 일정에 대해서도 납득이 가고 친절하게 말씀해주셨네요. 먼저 주차장 사용을 여쭤봐주셔서 주차비 정산을 먼저 할수 있었고요 다만 말씀해주실 때 좀더 핵심적인 내용으로 간결하게 말씀해주시면 좋을거 같습니다. 근무 마감시한인 오후 2시 이후에도 문제해결에 신경써주셔서 감사하다는 말씀 드리고 싶네요 센터에서 나온 시각이 오후 2시 25분쯤이었던거 같네요 다른 분께서 먼저 말씀해주신 것처럼 예약을 하는 편이 좀더 좋을거 같구요 미리 보안해제와 백업은 필수로 하시는게 좋습니다. 사진은 오후 2시 이후 내방객분들이 거의 다 나가시고 난 이후 촬영한 것입니다.
