★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서비스센터와 매장이 같이 있으며 굉장히 규모가 큰 편이나 그에 비해 생각보다 사람이 붐벼서 평일 오후인데도 15분이상 기다렸던 것 같습니다. 입구 번호표 뽑아주신 분이 별로 친절하지 않으셔서 차라리 기계로 그냥 번호표를 뽑는게 낫겠다라는 생각이 들었습니다. 아마 코로나로 인해 인원관리인 듯하나 좀 더 친절하면 좋을 것 같습니다. 서비스기사님은 삼성서비스답게 역시나 친잘하시고 설명도 잘 해 주셨습니다. 주차장도 넓게 있어서 차를 가지고 가기 편하고 기다리는 시간에 매장구경도 할 수 있어서 괜찮았습니다.
 There is a service center and a store together, and it is quite large, but on the other hand, it was crowded than I expected, so it seems that I waited more than 15 minutes even on a weekday afternoon. The person who gave me a ticket for the entrance was not very friendly, so I thought it would be better to just take a ticket with a machine. Maybe it's due to the corona virus, but it would be nice to be a little more kind. The service technician was very friendly and explained well, just like Samsung service. There is also a large parking lot, so it was convenient to take a car and browse the stores while waiting.
