★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel: very friendly staff, very clean and beautiful room, was a pleasure to stay there! There also is a subway station nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, the attitude of the staffs in front desk is so bad, he has made a serious mistake that swap the guest's credit card for payment and cannot fixed the problem. I strongly advise don't choose this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty solid hotel, costs about 60-70 a night for a normal room. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even waived an early check in fee for us which was helpful. The one issue I have with the place is the late check in, 3pm. Would be nice to have a 1pm check in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of parking lots. The park lot they have was blocked by a fence. I had to park somewhere else and walk 5mins to get back. Inside was nice and tidy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rooms and they can accommodate English only guests. The included Breakfast is not great, I had to cook the bacon and sausage on the hotplate included in the suite rooms. The Tous Tous restaurant that is connected is tasty but not really korean food if that is what you're after, and I was.
