T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is OK. Its perfetly located to be in Gangnam area and close to the stop of the Airport bus. A bit weird how how difficult it is to get the mobile phones or other devices plugged to get charged as there was just one plug below the table. The toilet should be also due for a renovation for the level of the hotel. A part from that a fine place in general.

M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad but nothing special. Found alot of mold/mildew near the vents and other small things such as discoloured grout in the shower tiles and chipped door frames. It meets the standard of a nice hotel but I would recommend a cleaner place. They also sold French Bordeaux wine up front...a bottle worth 17USD or 10BPs cost 80,000 won! Thats robbery!

The bathtub drain had an issue so that it ran out under the edge of the bathtub on to the bathroom floor. There need to be more electrical plugs in the room. Also, there should be at least one suitcase stand. "Convenient transport options","Excellent location","Good atmosphere","Near metro station","Good value for money"

Clean bathroom, had a bathtub. Breakfast tastes okay, unfortunately the time for breakfast is 6-9am or was it 7-9am, so had to wake up early if I wanted to eat, even though I was jetlagged. All in all I liked the hotel...
J	Jean Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are motels nearby that are cheaper, cleaner, and spacier. We stayed at 13th floor. There were stains on the carpet and the bathrobe had noticeable stains as well. The room was really small. Two adult women could barely get around in it. Customer service was okay but could use improvement. On the weekends, they force you to do valet parking. I high recommend that you spend your money elsewhere.

The first night we stayed, we were placed in a room where the AC was broken, and half the lights didn’t work, resulting in a very dim hotel room. The breakfast was adequate, but could be extended until 10am. The hotel itself is quite dated, and the carpet in the rooms were very dirty. My bed had trash underneath it. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, but the drain was clogged and felt as though we had created a small wading pool. There was an overall musty smell. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating when we had to change to a different hotel room. The beds were very comfortable and the view we had from our second room was incredible. The lobby was also beautifully decorated.
K	K Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusted by how dirty the room was. The bathtub was stained, electrical sockets were broken. The bathroom lights went off by itself and never recovered. You can actually hear footsteps outside at the corridor or next door. Requested for a refund but clerk said I should file the complaint at night - but where do you expect me to go in the middle of the night?! One of the most creepy experience I ever had. Don’t expect to sleep peacefully here.
