J	Jeremy Weisshar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked online and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. When we arrived we were greeted in English (the elevator even announces the floors in English). Rooms and overall facility were clean and modern. Really appreciated the coin laundry since this hotel was the middle leg of our trip. Buffet breakfast had Korean and western choices, albeit a bit pricey. Kids 6 and under are free though. Older kids are half price. Would definitely stay here again. Good location, located about 1/2 block from Eonju subway stop.
C	Cher Horton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great. The mattress and bedding was nice and comfortable. The place was clean. Also hotel was very close to everything, food and shopping. The only complaint I have is the the room I stayed in (king bed room) the shower is exposed via glass to the rest of the room. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

The room is not large, but it has a great layout to get you everything you need without wasting space. I'm a little bummed you're not allowed to order delivery to the hotel, as every other hotel I've been to encourages delivery. This is my favorite place to stay in Seoul.
W	Wendy W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this hotel, I didn’t take pictures in the room but the bed was really comfy and huge.. my room on the forth floor had window but it didn’t have a view. It was facing the office building ( very close ) so I had to keep the window blinds down the whole time. Hopefully I can get an upper floor next time or the rooms facing the road. I love the lobby and cafe area and the lobby design. Staff is helpful too! Didn’t get to try the rooftop bar but will definitely visit next time.

Laundry machine had some mould, so they really need to attend to that and ensure that it's maintained properly. Conveniently located near front of a bus stop. Hotel does not allow for online food orders.
L	Laura Weston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is excellent - the rooms are small but well designed, nicely decorated and exceptionally well maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I felt very well looked after. The only disappointment was the food. As a vegan with gluten intolerance, there was almost nothing I could eat at the restaurant and cafe. I attended breakfast once but could only have fruit, which was not good value. This meant I had to have all meals outside the hotel, which was inconvenient at times. If this was improved, I would give the restaurant five stars.

I was sharing a room with my colleague though which was a little awkward cause the bathroom has a glass see through wall so when one was bathing, the other had to leave the room. Its a pet friendly hotel which is nice. The food in the cafe and restaurant is good but could do with a few more options. The staff is really friendly. The room could have been a bit bigger but that's fine, we managed without a hitch. Worth the money and definitely can recommend it

I also thought it was great that they had the ability to conduct currency exchange, very convenient! The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. There was an issue with the self wash and the hotel took complete ownership. They offered to do laundry service no charge due to this! The room was lovely and cozy! Very clean, great lighting and air conditioner options. Nice bathroom and the hotel is very environmentally conscious!
