★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very friendly and helpful . . When I was late to the airport they went extra mile to help me and made sure I catch my flight . . It’s the first time I experienced such a personalized service overseas . Product is not up to Park hotel hotels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is a joke with this hotel. I booked a room through a website and paid extra to be able to cancel before the booking. Cancelled the booking 29 hours prior to check in. Hotel policy (not the site) will not refund me my money. Warning to all. This place is a money trap and they will screw you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrambled eggs again, pork sausages, bacon strips, dim sum, seaweed, miso soup and yogurt ease digestion. This hotel's breakfast spread does not disappoint at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor sound proofing. Off path location from anything interesting. Room price differed (significantly higher) from advertised price. Moderate amenities. Looks like a high class hotel from a distance but is a 2-3 star hotel at best. Hesitant to stay here again. Tourists be leery.

5 Star. Good location near sub way and bus stop.
Rooms exceptionally clean and comfortable. Real attention to all aspects of customers needs. very good breakfast and buffet lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel overall is OK but here are a few points to cobsider:
1. The area around it doesn't have many options to dine in.
2. The are not flexible with check in time (e.g we arrive at 6:10 AM and we're not able to check in until 3:00 PM. They did, however, kept our luggage aside)
3. If you like hot water in the shower, you need to compromise on not having a strong water stream.
4. There was no room service.
5. The roof bar was close after 21:00 because of a private event. They let us know less than 12 hours in advance and by leaving a note in the room.
6. The minibar in the room was extremely limited (only 2 cans of the same kind of beer and peanut bag).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most welcoming hotel I ever stayed at. The rooms are okay, almost everything is working as it’s suppose to, the room service and hotel staffs are usually very nice and helpful. At the restaurant, the food is okay, the chefs look like they know what they are doing ? it’s just a really nice place. Do enjoy your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lobby is not big but room is spacious and comfortable (queen bed room). Bathroom is clean and nice. Provided toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, tea bags and complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water. The breakfast is nice, quite a good variety. A cafe beside the hotel and fruit stalls behind the hotel.
