The Lounge

커피와 차 마셨는데 가격은 16,000~19,000원 정도 꽤 비싼편이긴 하지만 커피 리필도 되고 수다 떨기에 넉넉하고 쾌적한 공간과 눈치 안봐도 되는 여유로움. 좋습니다. 화장실에 가면 키친타올 대신 수건이 곱게 접어 있어 환경을 생각하는 마음이 좋아요. 찾아가는 것이 다소 복잡합니다. 멀리까지 보이는 경치가 끝네주고 속이 뻥 뚫려요. 가끔씩 방문할 듯 합니다. 31층보다 럭셔리해요

뷰는 5점 만점에 4점(생각보다 여기 라운지 뷰는 별로 안이쁨, 차라리 라운지 화장실이나 호텔쪽 라운지 뷰가 더 예쁘다) 음식은 5점만점에 2점. 밤에 뷰가 더 이쁘니 해질때쯤 가시는 걸 추천. 음식은 전반적으로 별로 맛이 없고 사이다(내가 알고 님이 아는 그 사이다 맞음)가 만원인가 합니다. 커피조차 맛이 없는데 걍 뷰때매 오는듯

시그니엘은 7-8번 방문했는데 늘 흐렸다. 오늘은 제법 보이는 편. 에프터눈 티 세트는 양이 많다. 샌드위치가 맛있다.

창밖으로 보이는 뷰가 너무 이뻐서 말다한곳! 직원분들 서비스도 좋으시고 음식 디저트 다 맛있어요! 카페모카를 좋아해서 어딜가나 카페모카만 시켜먹는데 여기 모카는 제 입에는 별로였어요?

가성비가 좋다고 생각합니다 요즘 물가대비… 식사하고 커피 디저트 먹는 비용 생각하면 비슷할듯요 커피는 리필 가능하구요 조용조용하고 뷰가 좋습니다 다만 음식 서비스할때 몇몇 직원들이 그릇들고 너무 흔들면서 다녀서 어떤 음식은 삐뚤어져서 나오네요

역시나 한국에선 너무나도 높았으며, 전경이 아주 멋지고 1층 데스크부터 안내직원분들과 시큐리티 직원분들이 너무나도 친절합니다. 더라운지 메뉴판을 보면 다양한 양식 음식들과 디저트 커피,차,음료등 많은 메뉴들이 준비되어 있으며 음식값은 하이퀄리티이지만 그만큼 비싼 값어치를 하는곳 입니다. 실내 전경도 너무나도 좋으며, 라운지 직원들 조차도 너무나도 친절하고 신속해서 엄청난 귀인대접을 받는 느낌까지 드는곳입니다. 실내에 사진촬영할 공간도 다양하고 전체적인 인테리어와 조명들이 무척이나 멋집니다. 잠실쪽 으로 식사나 커피 한잔하러 꼭한번 들려보길 추천드리는 공간입니다.

Beautiful but super busy

Worst experience that you can have with spending $40 for a cold pasta plate. I expected professional taste and service since this is the signiture hotel of LOTTE, which you can get the idea from its name. But the table that we sat was pretty uncomfortable and the chairs are tilted a little forward so we couldn't sit there more than 10 minutes in stable position. The foods were the highlight. We ordered tasting set, which costs $100 for each one and added two pastas and expected something special taste. I know the price of tasting set menu is quite reasonable, considering the hotel but the pastas are pretty awesome in bad way. First, they didn't give the plates right after these were cooked. My wife just found out they left the plates and served these later without explaining. After we pointed out this, they even hesistated to cook these again fresh. I am pretty sure that no one goes 5 star hotel restaurant to have cold pastas with their family. Second, they didn't seem to apologize for this situation. No one comes directly after this and when they finally gave us hot re-cooked pastas, we could hear the short explanation, "the kitchen was busy". Third, unbelievable unprofessional staffs. The pasta happening was nothing serious. We bought the whole cake to share which was listed on the tasting set menu so we asked the manager if they could offer us different dessert menu instead of same piece of cake. The manager told us yes and even told us that they could offer a variety of selection. But in the end, they just brought the same piece of cake that we bought as a whole, which was listed on the menu. They fixed troubles after they occured. But we had to wait unnecessary time, complain about things and feel uncomfortable while we stayed at there. I will definitely not ever visit this terrible place again and don't expect the other restaurant or hotel facility will be better since the place that I visited was the LOUNGE which is the base of a hotel. I strongly don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst experience that I had from spending huge money and celebrating family event. Oh, by the way, the taste of foods were not that amazing and view from the hotel was not that impressive since it has to split the windows narrow considering the height of building. Everyone agreed that view from the restroom was spectacular so don't worth to visit to enjoy the view and the taste.
