★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here twice on a recent short trip to Seoul. Extensive range of Cuban and other cigars. Reasonable cigar prices. Alcohol is slightly expensive. 10,000KRW entry fee entitles you to one free non-alcoholic beverage. Atmosphere is very sophisticated. Staff are friendly. Good ventilation. Plenty of space. Would definitely go back.

Let alone if you’re a foreigner, expect to pay 3x to 4x to US retail prices. lounge is okay but again you have to pay a sitting fee and staff is inattentive. Should be free for those who purchase a cigar there. Then today, saw a cigar priced at 42,000 KRW, but charged 46,000 and when asked why… they said they haven’t updated the prices. Just wrong. Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy cigar bar with a great lounge area for your smoking pleasure. The lift door opens first to the shop area, stocked full of accessories and cuban/non cuban cigars. A closer look reveals a well-curated selection of accessories. Using the lounge area incurs a nominal low fee, dimly lit and well-positioned shelves provide a private environment for relaxation or quiet conversations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic cigar lounge in Seoul. Finding a nice place to smoke a cigar is not easy and Resolver Cigar bar is one of the best I've been to. Cigar selection is decent, both Cubans and non Cubans and cigars are well kept and smoking well. The lounge is very nice, has a few cluster of 3-4 seats and private enough to have your own conversation without disturbing others. Importantly, they have high ceiling and hence the place doesn't feel smokey. Very highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unwelcoming atmosphere. There is supposed to be a dress code but the website fails to mention this (in English). The website clearly states:
"Everyone allow to use Resolver shop & cigar lounge without joining our Membership."
This joint was a disappointment; I went all the way there just to be ushered away.
For fellow travelers: just go to La Nube / TheBacco. Much friendlier and accessible.
Edit: to respond to the owner, there was no mention of any dress code on the website, only the text I mentioned in the original review. Glad to hear the owner has other places, good for him, but that doesn't help me or anyone else trying to visit this particular place.
