1	13 05 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best all day breakfast I’ve ever meeting. It changed my point of view for all day breakfast. Everything come so refreshing, fresh and light! The sausage are so crispy at the outer later and full of meat feeling and precise seasoning at the inner layer. The egg is just and creamy. The spinach and potatos are so nice without oily feeling!!! Must come again!!

The avocado eggs are delicious. Poached eggs done to perfection! Very Keto friendly - easy to remove any bread / carbs, lots of cheese and meats and oils! Amazing. Will be back many times. Only drawback is the price... but worth it!

Pan cake was ok, it came with something like cream cheese instead of whipped cream which I like. I ordered ice honey grapefruit tea, a bit sweet but overall it’s a good drink. The restaurant is located in basement with small sign outside. The noice can gets loud when the restaurant is full. There’s a fly that’s annoying and that’s the reason bring the star down to 3.

I wish they had smaller options, I really wanted to try the pancakes but for the price, I had to choose only one item, landed on the salmon eggs avocado and added the hollandaise sauce.

Three thick pancakes, not the moistest, but not dry either, with some fig juice syrup concoction to help things out. The soup of the day was also a mild, but tasty sweet potato soup that was just sweet enough. I got 2 scrambled eggs on the side while my friend ordered 2 fried eggs and they were both too runny, but the kitchen was cool about taking them back and cooking them 'til they were firm. Somehow I managed to finish it all, but it stayed with me for hours. Only had nibbles for dinner. More than I usu spend for brunch (just under 30,000 krw), but for thorough satisfaction, money well spent.
B	Benjamin Yau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in Itaewon and not sure when to go for a western brunch, the Flying pan is a safe choice. Located close to the metro station, it serves good breakfast menu all day. A bit pricey though.

The crispy french toast with bananas was unforgettable and favorite to order. Price tends to be about $20 pp and up. They have gluten free and vegan options as well. Visited both Itaewon and Gangnam locations. Service tends to be faster and more efficient in Gangnam.
