The Place Dining

The view is really great and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. It's a little dark when the sun goes down so it feels a little difficult to see the food on the plate. The food isn't worth the cost because it lacks flavor. It was actually really disappointing to pay so much money for food. I know for a fact I could make something better at home for half the price.

Second times coming to this Italian restaurant, last time was in the evening, this time in the day time, it is totally different feel of environment. The food is excellent as compare to the revolving French restaurant though the revolving restaurant give better view

One of the great landmark in Seoul. Can experience nice food in wonderful ambiance with one who you love. Staffs are very friendly and explain the food they serve. Absolutely recommend to visit.

Awesome value for money considering the view. Only have 2 complaints; 1 when ordering a Set, only given option of Panna Cotta for dessert (tasty if a little lose); 2 more mashed potato with the ribs xD

Nice ambience with jazz music, panoramic view and nice food presentation. The salmon plate starter was tasty. The main course Vongole pasta could have been better. It was a little bland. Had to add much Tabasco & black pepper. On the whole, it was a pleasant experience.

I took the set menu. We came on Saturday night and We didn’t do reservation prior to coming therefore they didn’t give us the window seat. We got high table but it was ok for me. Overall, the experience is good, the food is good and definitely we enjoy the panorama.

Nice place to sit, relax and eat a romantic dinner for a special occasion, a bit pricey and small portions but worth the view and food quality.

This building is pretty cool being that it passed 50 years. I have been here several times over the years and taking a popcorn and beer and look out over Seoul is a bit pricey but quite a cozy activity. Aren't we here for he food, yes, sorry. We had the special couple course (190 000 krw) Before the first menu item we got a bit of bread, warm, fluffy and sweet wheat bread with some olive oil with balsamic vinegar. For first dish we got korean beef carpaccio, 4 very thin slices with some cheese and ruccola. Honestly this felt just cheap. For the second dish we got a (3x) salmon plate that felt a bit weird. Some salmon cake that was not good. The tataki was good and the salad was a good compliment. Then came pasta and pizza. The pasta was actually above my expectations, quite a lot of sauce with rich mushroom taste with a hint of truffle. Just salt was missing, but they came with that to the table when we asked. But the pizza, not sure if it's allowed to be called pizza. No elasticity or volume in the bread part, and toppings tasted basically nothing. Basil sorbet. Fun element of the menu, but terrible execution. Pre rolled and frozen scoops make for huge crystals and no sorbet texture what to ever. Flavor was a bit artificial as well. Main plate; tenderloin, rib and lobster. Wow, after slow start I'm happy to see the pulled of some kind of glamorous surf and turf. Plating looked nice, all protein cooked to perfection, high quality produce and nice condiments. For desert we got pannacotta with caramelized nuts, and orange. Pretty good! The vibe is calm and many tables are couple tables where you face the view which is a bit different, but I like it. Unfortunately the window could need a thorough cleanup for better visibility and giving the place a bit more elegance.
