T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In fact Suyu is a good place to visit for food. The rooms were a good size for a city hotel. I need to walk to the panel next to the door to operate the lights. The bathroom was a great size. The location of the hotel for us was perfect.

How can they call them self a "tourist hotel" if they treat foreigners like this? And it was late at night and the reception just asked us to leave.. dont go to this place..
C	Conrad Carrasco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a 6 night stay at this hotel, and half way through my stay the staff asked me to move to another room. Apparently, they had rented my room for a night they said I could move back in the following day. I would have been inconsistencies, moved into a smaller, and was not offered a rate adjustment or anything. There was a definite language barrier, no one at the front desk spoke English, so we discussed this matter for an hour. I finally decided to leave the hotel, and they did not want to refund me for the nights I was not staying there. Customer service and/or satisfaction is not a priority with this hotel.
M	Mai Anh Ngô on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each room has different concept which means the decorations and arrangement will be unique. Everything is comfortable and nice. They have massage in the first floor so if you tired after long walking day, you can try it. I feel regret because I just founded on the last day in hotel. They also serve small buffet in breakfast but generally it has almost thing you need from bread, soup, butter, salad, fruit, juices,.... I tried some slice breads with ham, cheese and salad, it’s quite good. Hotel is very clean and bright with big sign board from outside. They also have roof top cafe opening until 18pm (I don’t remember exactly). The thing I like most is the toilet. That is automatic toilet that has make warmer before you use in the winter. Over all, Nice and good
	재니스 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Us seoul national university students booked the deluxe party room and came here travelling 1.5 hours. They had not mentioned anything about no admission for foreigners. But, when we arrived they informed no foreigners and just asked us to leave. Who would want to go to such a hotel. They even advertise they are a "tourist hotel".
