콜키지 프리라고 해서 샴페인 챙겨갔었는데 와인인지 샴페인인지부터
물어봐주시고 샴페인 잔을 챙겨주셔서 감동받았습니다.
벤자리돔, 긴꼬리벵에돔 같이 흔하지 않은 생선을 맛볼 수 있었고
밥이나 와사비 양도 먼저 물어봐주셔서 너무 좋았습니다.
밥 온도도 너무 뜨겁지 않고 차갑지도 않은 약간 따뜻미지근하게 느껴져서 좋았어요.
다만 좀 더 신경써주셨으면 하는 부분은 아나고 잔뼈가 약간 느껴졌어요.
손님을 편안하게 해주시는 셰프님과 스탭분들을 만나뵐 수 있어서 좋은
크리스마스 디너를 즐겼습니다.
기회가 된다면 다음에 또 뵐 수 있기를 기원합니다. 감사합니다.

It was so nice to ask about the amount of rice and wasabi first.
The temperature of the rice was not too hot and not too cold, but it felt a little warm and lukewarm.
However, the part that I want you to pay more attention to is Ana and I felt a little bit of fine bones.
It's nice to be able to meet the chefs and staff who make customers feel comfortable.
Enjoyed a Christmas dinner.
