★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 경상북도 기념물 제52호이다. 1518년에 창건되었으며, 황맹헌·황효헌·황희의 위패를 모셨다. 1714년에 전식을 추가 배향하고, 현재의 위치로 옮겼다. 1783년에 황뉴를 추가 배향했다. 1789년에 사액서원이 되었다.
