★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very easy to order though the staff didn't speak English. The prices are higher compared to smaller coffee shops, but it was fun to try their rendition of a cherry blossom latte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks like you find them everywhere. Great coffee and desserts. Some complain about the price but it's ok. You get a nice place to sit and take a rest and WiFi connection is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee was okay but the staff was rude. I asked about different brewing methods written on the back of various coffee cards but the barista seemed super annoyed. And when I was just looking at some of the Sbx merchandise and cups, another staff jumped and overreacted, telling me not to look at them bc they have a separate section for displays. Why is this place called a Reserve then??
