★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place serves great sandwiches. The prices are comparable to cafe food, but are definitely cheaper than Lord Sandwich. You can opt for a set that comes with fries for an additional 2500KRW, or a fries+soda set for 4000KRW. They also serve salads here. There are conveniently located near Yonsei University and Ewha Women's University and is a good spot for university students. Food is made to order, and the buns are soft, fluffy and buttery while fillings are warm, tasty and fresh. Filtered water is also available for free (self-service). Last order is at 8pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasty but actually pricey. 7-9 thousand won for a sandwich 5000 for fries, 2500 if inside combo. I recommend combo. French fries are good. Sandwich - more bread than anything else xd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my friend ordered a salmon cream cheese sandwich and a chicken sandwich.
This place was one of my favorite places but it’s not any more.
Simply, the quality of sandwiches were so bad..
Why is cream cheese in the salmon sandwich sweet?
And why is the chicken so dry?? I felt it’s like left over chicken sandwiches…

Having went to both places on back to back days and ordering a sandwich and soup at both places. Here is my detailed review:
Staff: I would give say standby kitchen were more friendlier to customers not to say that lord sandwich was unfriendly. They were very neutral.
Atmosphere: lord sandwich is much more quiet and has a cozy 1900s style interior design. It would be a great date spot or a place to chat or work quietly. Standby kitchen is bright with a minimalist style design and has a lot of students coming in and out which can get quite noisy.
Taste: standby kitchen hands down as the sandwich (salmon) tasted better and the tomato soup was more filling than lord Sandwich.
Value: I would give the edge to standby kitchen as a sandwich + soup cost me 14,000 and lord sandwich sandwich and soup cost me 21,000.
