★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has been in the neighborhood for more than 48 years. The Tofu soup (Soon-dubu Jjigae) is really popular as well as the Bulgogi Baekban. The prices are really affordable mostly under 5 dollars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant serves standard Korean fare at really affordable prices, ranging from 2000-6000KRW and averaging at 4500KRW. Despite its low cost and extensive menu of about 30 items, it delivers all of its items well. Its close proximity to the Yonsei University and Ewha Women's University dormitories makes it an excellent choice for students to have an affordable meal. Their staff are friendly and they have giant menus in the wall for you to point to if you are unfamiliar with Korea. They open in the morning and close at 9pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by my daughter when she was a student at Yonsei University. This was place she used to come for her lunch and dinner before she headed home. This place was very busy when we arrived. The majority was local working class people and students. The food was cheaper and so good based on the Korean standard. The services were fast and so friendly even though they knew that we were foreigners and they didn’t speak English. They really accommodated us to the fullest. We really loved the foods here they were so delicious.
