Margherita pizza is inconvenient and pasta is so-so mani 에 compared to the previous review ㅋ ㅡ there is a staple plate and a knife and fork leftover?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 알바가 불친절한 수준을 넘어 꼭 손님을 아랫사람으로 보는 듯한 느낌입니다.. 사장으로 보이던 사람도 주의를 주기는 커녕 같이 노닥거리고요. 피자는 홍보하는대로 정말 큽니다. 대충 이마트 피자만 한 것 같아요. 맛은 이마트 피자보단 좋긴한데, 딱 이마트피자 보다 좀 더 비싼만큼만 맛있는 수준입니다. 맛있는 피자를 먹으러 갈 곳은 아닙니다. 가성비로 가더라도 이런 서비스가 계속된다면 돈을 받고 피자를 먹는 게 맞을 겁니다.
It feels as though Alba goes beyond the level of unkindness and sees the customer as a subordinate. The person who was seen as the boss does not pay attention, but rather flirts with him. Pizza is really big as it promotes. I think I only made E-mart pizza. It tastes better than E-Mart pizza, but it is just as delicious as it is a little more expensive than E-Mart pizza. Not a place to go for delicious pizza. Even if you go for cost performance, if this service continues, it would be right to get paid and eat pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good but customer service is really bad. We go there often because they have good food. We always thought the staff there is really bad. We usually wait around 20 minutes for them to come take our order, they are slow preparing food and also drinks but it's okay we have time. The worst is they don't care about the customers, never smile and we feel they are annoyed by us my Korean husband said he doesn't feel good there and he doesn't like how they treat us. But the worst is they don't clean up tables after customers leave we spend there usually 2 hours and when we arrive there are usually 2 dirty tables and they clean it up before we leave or after. It's not because they are busy they are talking together or using phone even go to smoke many times. But after today's experience we are not going to go there anymore. They close on Fridays at 2am it's their business hours. We arrived at 12:30 and they told us they finish at 1am today but nothing on internet or at the store said so. So we told them we will eat fast and take out the rest after they finish work. We were little bit angry because probably because they didn't have customers they wanted to finish fast. But when they finished our order they brought it to us already in box not saying anything just they looked so annoyed I guess they didn't want to be late for soju. So we decided not to go there again. If you are looking for place to relax, with good atmosphere chose different place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless the name American Factory was chosen to describe food that factory workers in the US ate back in early 1900's by author Upton Sinclair, there was hardly anything "American" about it.
Being another restaurant that couldn't avoid the horrible Korean trend of making all food sweet, the shrimp rosé risotto tasted like sugar. The iced americano was another atrocity where the only explanation for its bland flavor is perhaps they were out of coffee beans.
If at least the staff didn't have an attitude where he didn't want to serve the experience might have been better.
Would not recommend.
