★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고기에 비계가 너무 많아서 비계와 살코기의 비가 6대4인 것들도 많더군요. 저는 맛에 민감하지 않은 편인데도 고기를 굽는데 핏물기름이 한쪽에 고이는 걸 보고서 입맛이 떨어졌습니다. 근처 무한리필집 엉터리생고기, 두툼갈비, 솥뚜껑삼겹살을 두고 여기에 갈 이유가 전혀 없습니다. 우삼겹을 더 달라고 하니 삼겹살 무한리필집이지 우삼겹 무한리필집은 아니라서 우삼겹은 더 못주겠다고 하더군요. 알겠다고 하고 고기를 굽는데 갑자기 와서 군인들은 특히나 고기 구워만놓고 버리는데 그러지좀 말고 조금씩만 구워먹으라고 하더군요. 왜 기분좋게 고기먹는데 시비를 거는 지 모르겠지만 친구가 전역하고 군복을 입고 있어서 그냥 표정만 굳어지고 있자니 사장님이 그러더군요.
"사회생활 좀 하다보면 다 알게 될 거에요."
사장님은 사회생활은 몰라도 장사생활에는 재능이 없단 생각이 들었습니다. 저희는 고기 한 점도 안 남기고 먹고 왔지만 다시는 갈 일이 없을 것 같습니다.
