★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Fairfax was so salty I couldn't finish it. My head hurts from eating it because of the amount of salt. There isn't much substance on the inside of the sandwich. It was around 21 000 won for 2 Fairfax sandwiches, a biscuit and a water. Completely not worth it for this taste. The sandwich is pretty empty but weirdly gross tasting. The biscuit was dry and salty. It looks good but tastes terrible. Came on a Monday at lunch and there was no line up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all, good dining experience even with the wait. Never had the original back in the US, but I’ll think of it when I’m craving egg menu. Fairfax wasn’t impressive but loved the sausage egg cheese and gaucho sandwich. Will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple the best scrambled eggs on a brioche bun, add toppings like guacamole and bacon and coffee. This would be better than any New York deli which are normally the kings of breakfast sandwiches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get egg sandwiches! This place just opened up so if your thinking of going BE READY for a line!
However once you take a bite you will be happy. The Fairfax is its staple egg sandwich and is delicious. The Bacon egg sandwich pays its respects to a NYC classic including ketchup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've waited sooo long to visit the one and only Eggslut in Korea! Some people have only positive things to say about the food here while others don't. I needed to check it out for myself. I made their best-selling Fairfax to-go and ate it at home. And I have to say that I agree with others that it's pretty salty. If I get a chance, I'd like to try Gaucho with OJ next time.
