S	Seonghak Hong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 별 마이너스나 0점이 안돼서 1개만 넣습니다. 스태프 매우 불친절하고 공격적이기까지 합니다. 사람이 많아서 도떼기시장같이 사람이 바글거리는 것도 힘들지만 매장 관리를 안 해서 안이 엉망입니다. 음식재료도 좀 이상했고 맛도 좀 다릅니다. 제가 지금까지 가본 곳 중에 최악입니다. 복합몰 안에 있는 곳이라고 막해도 영업이 잘 돼서 그래서 또 막 하시는 것 같은데 운영을 이렇게 하시면 정말 못 씁니다. 최소한 기본 도덕은 갖추고 영업하시기 바랍니다. There are no minuses or 0 points, so I only put one in. The staff are very unfriendly and even aggressive. It's hard to get crowded like the Dotegi market because there are so many people, but the store is a mess because it's not managed. The ingredients were a little strange and the taste was a little different. It's the worst place I've ever been to. Even if you say it's in a complex mall, business is going well, so it seems like they're just doing it again. I hope you have at least basic morals before doing business.

This is a Shake Shack branch located in the place of Burger King near Megabox, which has been around for over 20 years. As always, I thought that the music selection was just as good as the delicious burgers.

E	Ellie Seo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 어차피 저말고도 햄버거 사진은 많이 올릴 것 같아서 다먹은 사진이요. 뉴욕에서도 줄서서 먹어봤는데 뉴욕이든 서울이든 사실 제입엔 음.. 따끈한 햄버거네 엄청 작네 이정도예요. 여기 왜 다 단품으로 사야하는건지 그리고 왜 단품이 죄다 본품가격 후려치는건지.. 제 취향은 싸고 양많고 맛은 잘 모르는 그런건가봅니다.. 그리고 개인적으로 짠거 잘 못먹는 편이라 패티가 유난히 짜네요. 왜 쉐이크랑 먹어도 이질감 없는지 알것 같아요. 전 별로라 다시 사먹는 일 없을 것 같아요. 차라리 이 돈이면 크라이버거 갈것 같아요.
수	수락폴 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 버거킹 자리를 밀어내고 최근에 새로 입점한 쉐이크쉑 코엑스점. 엄청난 인기 열기가 줄은 탓인지, 방문객이 많지 않아 대기시간 없이 이용 가능. 여러 좌석 형태가 많은 편이고, 다른 매장에 비해 크게 특색은 없는 일반적인 모습. 이 곳에서만 맛 볼 수 있는 레인보우 아이스크림(이름 잊음;;)도 굉장히 맛있는 편. The Shake Shack COEX store recently opened after pushing out the Burger King position. It is possible to use it without waiting time because there are not many visitors, probably due to the decrease in the huge popularity. There are many different types of seats, and the general appearance is not very distinctive compared to other stores. The rainbow ice cream (I forgot the name;) that can only be tasted here is also very delicious.
L	LonGene Garwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a big fan of a good burger but unfortunately my wife is not so its not often we eat burgers together but this day she caved in and interestingly she became a BIG convert... how do they make this so delicious?!? was her prime question uttered between bites... is it the bun? The beef? The fries? All of the above. Really... a burger deserves this much fanfare? Today it did. Only downside was the 20min wait before our buzzer buzzed... good food takes time to prepare fresh I suppose. Worth the wait.
