★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강원도 지역의 일반적 메밀 국수 형태가 아니라 간장 베이스 육수에 담겨져 나오는 메밀 국수 집입니다.자극적이지 않고 깔끔하면서 정갈한 맛을 느끼게 해주는 것이 특징입니다.과하지않을 정도의 단 맛도 느껴지고 메밀면의 식감도 좋습니다.따뜻한 국물에 나오는 온면도 독특한데, 차가운 면이나 찬 국물을 안좋아하시는 분들께는 부드러운 느낌이어서 안성맞춤일 듯 합니다.개인적으로는 온면의 메밀면 식감이 약간 풀어지는 듯 해서 차가운 면이 더 좋습니다.주변에서 식사하시는 분들은 오향수육도 많이 드시더군요.저는 다음 기회에 시도해보도록 하겠습니다.이 식당은 특이하게도 포장 주문을 받지 않는다하니 참고하시기 바랍니다.
 This is a soba noodle restaurant that is served in a soy sauce-based broth rather than the typical soba noodles in Gangwon-do. The hot noodles in the soup are also unique, and for those who do not like cold noodles or cold soups, the soft feel is perfect. People also eat a lot of Five Hyangsuyuk. I will try it next time. Please note that this restaurant does not take take-out orders, unusually.

막상 가서 맛을 보고 실망했어요.
육수도 기본으로 안나오고 메밀국수는 무슨 맛인지...
암튼 다음엔 다시 안갈것 같아요

평점들이 나름 좋아서 기대반 의심반으로 맛보네요~
진한 간장베이스의 육수는 첫맛은 아주강하고 끝맛은 너무 맹맹해 육수라기 보단 걍~ 간장에 물탄듯한 느낌이 강했다.
메밀면은 너무 양이 적었고 고명으로 올린 절인무채는 신맛이 느껴지지 않아 생무채를 씹는듯한 느낌이다.
구지 양양까지 와서 찾아 먹기는 불편한 곳이다.
I was looking for a quick lunch in Yangyang and found this hand-made buckwheat noodles.
The ratings are pretty good, so I'm half-expected and half-doubted.
The thick soy sauce-based broth had a very strong first taste and a very strong finish.
The amount of buckwheat noodles was too small, and the pickled radish for garnish does not taste sour, so it feels like chewing raw radish.
It is inconvenient to come to Guji and Yangyang to find and eat.

손님이 이후 몰려서 대기도 함...
두부는 따듯하게 먹음
전병은 담백하고 바삭함~
메밀국수는 비빔으로 먹었는데
국물도 함께 줌~
그냥 먹으면 심심함~
식초와 겨자 필요할 듯~
손님이 많아서 그런지 두명의 직원이 힘들어함
사진과 같이 미접종자는 함께 식사 안됨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 물메밀국수 국물이 맛있어요 별맛아닌데 신기하게 맛있어요 ㅎㅎ 비빔메밀국수는 평범한데 싱겁고 문어수육은 쏘쏘합니다 ~ 돼지고기 수육이 좀 뻑뻑해요 좋게 해석하면 담백합니다 테이블에 셋팅된 들기름을 모든 요리에 적극(?) 활용하시면 맛이 업그레이드 되요~ 참! 주차공간 넓고 화장실이 식당안에 있고 깨끗해요 우연히 들어갔는데 잘 먹고 나왔어요
Water soba noodle soup is delicious. It’s not very tasty, but it’s strangely delicious. Hehe Bibim soba noodles are plain but bland, and the octopus meat is salty ~ The pork broth is a bit stiff. If you use it, the taste will be upgraded~ Really! The parking space is wide and the toilet is inside the restaurant and it is clean.
