★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 홍천을 대표하는 칼국수가 두지역인데 하나는 결성면의 결성칼국수와 또 하나가 홍북면의 홍북갈국수라 하겠다.
비슷하면서도 약간다른 이집들의 칼국수는 조개살과 어리굴을 넣어 시원함을 끌어올린다.
허름한 점포에서 줄을 세우더니 어느새 건물을 짓고 이곳으로 이전을 해왔다.
수차례 경험으로 빨간놈보단 하얀놈이 더 맛있다
There are two regions of Kalguksu representing Hongcheon. One is Gyeolseong Kalguksu from Gyeolseong-myeon and the other is Hongbuk Galguksu from Hongbuk-myeon.
Similar but slightly different kalguksu from other houses, they add clam meat and oyster oysters to enhance their freshness.
After standing in line at a shabby store, they built a building and moved to this place.
From my experience several times, the white one tastes better than the red one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일전에 이곳 친구가 맛집이라며 날 한번 초대해줬던 식당. 칼국수 마니아로써 참 평가하기 어려운 음식맛. 미원없이 소금, 고추가루로 맛을 낸 것같은 사막 어디 한가운데 어정쩡하게 있던 맛. 친절 수준은 뭐 그냥. 오늘 그 맛을 혼자 제대로 평가해보기 위하여 두번째로 찾았다. 자리가 반 이상 빈 시간에도 문간 옆에 앉아서 대기해야하는 곳. 왜 문간 옆에 앉히는지 알수가 없움. 그리고, 열심히 김치를 종지에 담는다. 빈자리가 그렇게 많은데,^^. 뭐, 베트남 하노이의 식당같은 느낌(하노이 식당은 들어오는 손님에게 인사도 않고 빤히 쳐다본다). 뭐, 기다리다 그냥 나왔다. 다시 음식을 평가해 볼 기회는 없는듯 하다. 결론, 인싸로 살고싶은 분들은 가서 인증사진찍고 오시고, 맛집 찾는 분들은 비추입니다.
A restaurant where a friend invited me once, saying it was a restaurant. As a kalguksu fanatic, the taste of the food is difficult to evaluate. It tasted like it was seasoned with salt and red pepper powder without Miwon, and it was in the middle of nowhere in the desert. Kindness level is just what. Today, I visited for the second time to properly evaluate the taste by myself. A place where you have to sit and wait by the door even when the seats are more than half empty. I don't know why they sit by the doorway. And, diligently put the kimchi in the caddy. There are so many empty seats. Well, it feels like a restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam (Hanoi restaurant stares at customers who come in without saying hello). Well, I just waited and left. I don't think I'll ever have a chance to re-evaluate the food. In conclusion, those who want to live in an insider go and take a photo for authentication, and those who are looking for a restaurant are not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 토요일 저녁 1시간 이상 기다려서 먹었습니다.
얼큰이 칼국수로 먹었고요.
처음 먹을 때는 음? 특별한게 없는데..? 싶었는데 이게 먹으면 먹을수록 그 깔끔함과 칼칼한 맛에 빠지게 됩니다..
왜인지 모르겠지만.. 다음번에 한번 더 오고싶은 맛이에요..!
막 양념이 진해서 맛있다! 이런 느낌은 아니라서 네이버 댓글 보니 실망하신 분들도 있더라고요.
비교를 하자면.. 평양냉면 같는 맛?ㅎㅎ 비빔냉면의 특별한 양념으로 맛집이 되었다가 아니라 평양냉면같은 뭔가 끌리는 맛이 있습니다.
멀어서 그렇지 나중에 가족여행을 예산 쪽으로 간다면 가족들에게 맛보여주고 싶네요.
양도 많은데 싹 비우고 왔습니다.

We waited over an hour for dinner on a Saturday night.
I ate it with Ulkeun Kalguksu.
When did you first eat it? Nothing special...? I wanted to, but the more I eat it, the more I fall in love with its cleanliness and sharp taste.
I don't know why.. The taste makes me want to come again next time..!
The seasoning is thick and delicious! I didn't feel this way, so I saw some Naver comments and some people were disappointed.
To compare, it tastes like Pyongyang naengmyeon? Hehe Bibim naengmyeon has become a restaurant because of the special seasoning, but something like Pyongyang naengmyeon attracts me.
It's far away, but if you go on a family trip on a budget later, I want to give it to your family.
There are a lot of them, so I emptied them all.

대기 손님이 많아서 미리 주문을 받아요.
예산의 별미 굴칼국수 매콤해요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 외딴 곳에 삐까번쩍한 건물이 서 있는데 웨이팅이 있어서 과연 어떨까 궁금했는데 손에 꼽히게 맛있었어요!! 장칼국수랑 그냥 국수 시켜서 나눠 드시는 것 추천해요. 양은 아주 푸짐합니다.
There is a bright building standing in a secluded place and there is a wait, so I was wondering what it would be like, but it was delicious!! It is recommended to share the noodles with Jangkalguksu. The portions are very generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛도 이맛저맛 아니고 진한 국물맛도 없고 면도 직접뽑는게 아니라서 최종적으로는 별로입니다.블로그 보고 찾아간건데 사진은 맛있게 나왔네요. 깨끗은 합니다. 다른곳보다 양은 좀 많은데 많이 먹고싶으면 가세요. 먹고나서 속만 쓰리네요.
It doesn't taste good, it doesn't have a strong broth, and it doesn't taste like noodles, so it's not good in the end. I looked at the blog and found the photos. Clean. The portion is a bit bigger than other places, but if you want to eat a lot, go. My stomach hurts after eating.
